Installer (m/f/d) Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology – Career Changers Welcome

To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated installers (m/f/d) who are eager to learn a future-proof trade – career changers are also very welcome.

What awaits you:

• Assembly, installation, and commissioning of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Support with maintenance, repair, and service work
• Laying of piping, cables, and components
• Participation in new installations as well as conversions of existing systems
• Documentation of completed work
• Customer-oriented and professional appearance on site

What you bring with you:

• Manual skills and technical understanding
• Completed vocational or technical training is an advantage (e.g. electrical, HVAC, metal construction), but not required
• Career changers with a willingness to learn are explicitly welcome
• Reliable, independent, and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong commitment
• Valid Class B driving license
